Start observing me.
How can you be confident
of what goes on in your mind when you have never bothered to find
out?
Ask yourself these
question.
What does your mind look
like?
How can you say that is a silly question when you have never given
any thought to the nature of your own mind?
Observation
Close your eyes and
imagine your mind.
Is it big? Is it small?
Is it black? Is it white? Is it colored?
Does it feel spacious? Or does it feel crowded?
Does it feel light? Or, does it feel heavy?
Practice
Close your eyes and relax into your mind space.
Dont try to do anything.
Just observe.
